Instructions
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly.
- Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly, then cream the butter with the egg yolk.
- Gradually add sugar, blending well. Stir in the melted chocolate and liqueur.
- Chill the mixture until firm enough to handle.
- Shape the chilled mixture into 3/4-inch balls.
- Roll the balls in flaked coconut.
- Chill the coated truffles until ready to serve.
- Keep refrigerated.
