Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and oleo together.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping and mix well.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  4. Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
