Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, flour, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Spread crescent rolls with points pointed outward on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill the center of the crescent rolls with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Braid the roll ends over the filling to cover it.
  6. Beat egg whites slightly and brush over the rolled dough.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
