Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 1 large can pitted sour cherries (reserve juice)
  • 1 (6 oz.) package cherry gelatin
  • 1 (6 oz.) package raspberry gelatin
  • 2 king size Cokes
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, diced

Instructions

  1. Mix the reserved pineapple and cherry juices and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the cherry and raspberry gelatin powders; stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the Coca-Cola; then add the crushed pineapple, sour cherries, and diced cream cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into an oblong cake pan and refrigerate until set.
