Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • lots of fresh dill
  • lots of fresh parsley
  • 3 small dill pickles
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • dash of Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Chop fine cucumbers, onions, dill, parsley and pickles.
  2. Add to mix, buttermilk, yogurt and dash of Tabasco.
  3. Garnish with shrimp.
