Ingredients

  • 1 lb. vermicelli
  • 1 lb. fine chopped bell pepper
  • 2 small zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 large purple onion, sliced thin
  • 1 large bottle Bernstien Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles until half done (do not rinse).
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Marinate for at least 3 hours.
  4. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
