Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 chopped clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.
  2. Chill for 3 hours.
  3. Strain to remove onion and garlic. Re-chill.
