Ingredients

  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 12 c. unsalted popped corn
  • 3 Tbsp. dry strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows and margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium-low heat until melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in dry strawberry gelatin.
  5. Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn.
  6. Stir to coat the popcorn evenly.
  7. Using buttered hands, form the coated popcorn into balls.
  8. Allow the popcorn balls to cool and set.
  9. Store in individual Ziploc bags for freshness.
