Ingredients

  • 1 large package orange jello
  • 4 packages Jello Americana tapioca
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 4 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello and tapioca in boiling water and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight until set.
  3. Next day, whip the mixture well to incorporate air.
  4. Add Cool Whip and blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in the drained mandarin oranges gently.
