- Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Add sugar or honey, salt, oil, and flour in two parts (for whole wheat bread, add 2 cups whole wheat flour and 4 cups white flour).
- Knead the dough, then place it in an oiled bowl.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into rolls or a loaf of bread.
- Let the shaped dough rise for another hour.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes for rolls or 30 minutes for bread.
