Colorful Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Spoon into lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings.
