Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup creamed corn (canned)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, Wesson oil, sour cream, creamed corn, and Jiffy corn muffin mix until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
