Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can drained kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  3. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
