- Place the sliced fully cooked ham in a roasting pan.
- Mix beer, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the ham.
- Roast at 325°F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours for 5 to 7 pounds, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for 7 to 10 pounds, 3 to 3 1/2 hours for 10 to 12 pounds, or 3 1/2 to 4 hours for 12 to 14 pounds.
