Ingredients

  • 1 (5 to 15 lb.) boneless fully cooked ham, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place the sliced fully cooked ham in a roasting pan.
  3. Mix beer, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
  4. Pour the glaze over the ham.
  5. Roast at 325°F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours for 5 to 7 pounds, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for 7 to 10 pounds, 3 to 3 1/2 hours for 10 to 12 pounds, or 3 1/2 to 4 hours for 12 to 14 pounds.
  6. Baste occasionally with the glaze during roasting if desired.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest before slicing.
