Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 medium apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut carrots into small circles and peel and slice apples.
  2. Boil the carrots until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and combine them with the sliced apples.
  4. Mix in sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Add the stew beef to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Place everything in a Crock Pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
