Confetti Snowball Freeze is a colorful, festive frozen dessert combining vibrant sherbets and rich chocolate ice cream, topped with whipped cream and crunchy wafer crumbs. Ingredients

  • 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 1 pt. lime sherbet
  • 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 to 3 cartons Cool Whip
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. waffle cremes

Instructions

  1. Chill bread loaf pans.
  2. Using a small ice cream dipper, scoop chocolate ice cream and sherbets onto cooled cookie sheets.
  3. Refreeze until ready to use.
  4. Crush sugar wafers into fine crumbs.
  5. Line the bottom of each loaf pan with 1 cup of wafer crumbs, reserving some for topping.
  6. Put Cool Whip into pastry bags and squirt on wafer crumbs.
  7. Line 4 chocolate balls on one side and 4 lime balls on the other side inside each pan.
  8. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip and place it in between the balls.
  9. Arrange 4 orange balls and 4 raspberry balls similarly, then cover again with Cool Whip.
  10. Top with remaining wafer crumbs.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
