Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sweet relish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs; cool and grate coarsely.
  2. Mix cold water with gelatin and heat until dissolved; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and relish.
  4. Mix all ingredients into the dissolved gelatin.
  5. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
