Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 small 9 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream the dry lime jello and the cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup of boiling water, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the juice from the crushed pineapple and enough cold water to make one full cup.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple and chopped nuts.
  5. Optional: Add two cups of marshmallows if desired.
  6. Chill until the mixture is firm before serving.
