Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • bacon slices (1 for each breast)
  • 4 oz dried beef
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of the pan with dried beef slices.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with a bacon slice and place on top of the dried beef.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour off the bacon fat.
  5. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  6. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F, cover, and bake for 1 to 1½ hours.
