Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed
  • dash of garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients and let set 1/2 to 1 hour over low heat.
  2. Melt butter/margarine and add flour to make a paste.
  3. Add other mixture and cook until melted and creamy.
  4. Add caraway seed and put into buttered dish.
  5. Serve with crackers.
