Ingredients

  • 1 lb. creamy American cheese (Velveeta)
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 large jar pimento
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt American cheese and milk in a double boiler for 12 minutes.
  2. Cook pimento, egg, vinegar, and sugar for 30 minutes.
  3. While still warm, add 1 cup mayonnaise to the mixture.
