Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon margarine
  • 3 toasted biscuits
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the tomatoes and cook them until soft.
  2. Add 1/8 teaspoon margarine and toasted biscuits to the cooked tomatoes.
  3. Add brown sugar, white sugar, 1/4 cup margarine, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Place all ingredients in the oven and bake until thick and of pie-like consistency.
