Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream filled cookies (Oreos)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Use a spring-form pan for the cheesecake.
  2. Grind 23 cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix the cookie crumbs with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the spring-form pan to form the crust.
  5. Ensure the crust is pressed hard and evenly.
