Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. frozen cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. summer squash sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in butter until soft.
  2. Add corn and water and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes, and stir in squash.
  4. Cook until squash is crisp/tender, adding water if needed.
