Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Melt a stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat together the sour cream, eggs, and corn muffin mix.
  3. Add creamed corn and drained whole corn to the mixture and combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan with melted butter, stirring to incorporate the butter evenly.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
