Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • or 1 pound hamburger, cooked
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Saute bell pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until tender.
  2. Mix cooked chicken or hamburger with drained peas, catsup, mustard, and the sautéed vegetables.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Prepare the cornbread topping and spread over the mixture.
  5. Bake until the topping is golden brown and heated through.
