Corn Bread(Moist Type)

- Boil the water.
- Place the cornmeal in a large mixer bowl. Pour boiling water over meal, slowly mixing, to scald meal.
- Add the salt and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time into mixture. Scrape bowl as mixing.
- Add the milk and flour alternately. Add the baking powder.
- Grease a 10-inch frying pan (or similar container). Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Allow to cool at least 1/2 hour before serving.
- When cooked, top will be lightly golden and corn bread will pull away from sides of pan.
