Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix butter, beaten eggs, and sour cream together in a bowl.
  3. Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix, sugar, and creamed corn to the mixture.
  4. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
