Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 each eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add lightly beaten egg, milk and butter.
  3. Bake in muffins tins lined with cupcake papers for 20 minutes at 400.
