Ingredients

  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) can whole corn
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento

Instructions

  1. Save 1/4 cup of corn liquid from the can of whole corn.
  2. Blend the saved corn liquid with cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients: whole corn, onion flakes, celery seed, sugar, vinegar, sweet pickle relish, and diced pimiento.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
