Ingredients

  • 3 Florida grapefruit
  • 3 Florida oranges
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Section the grapefruit and two oranges into segments.
  2. Slice the remaining peeled orange crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Combine the grapefruit segments, orange segments, and sliced orange pieces in a serving bowl.
  4. Add sliced strawberries to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  6. Turn into a serving bowl and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
