Ingredients

  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 3/4 cup biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Place green beans in a layer on the bottom of a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle chopped onions on top of the green beans.
  3. Spread cream of mushroom soup evenly over the green beans and onions.
  4. Add cubed cooked ham over the soup layer.
  5. Sprinkle biscuit mix over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in a hot 425°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
