Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut up the cabbage and cook in salted water until tender.
  2. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, and milk.
  3. Combine cooked cabbage with the white sauce and grated cheese.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly.
