Ingredients

  • 1 pint Brussels sprouts
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare Brussels sprouts for cooking.
  2. Drain liquid from the can of corn and add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
  3. Cook Brussels sprouts in the liquid for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn, salt, pepper, and butter; heat thoroughly before serving.
