Who Dun-Its are hearty foil-pack meals combining tender ground beef with roasted vegetables, perfect for outdoor cooking or a cozy family dinner with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 6 carrots
  • 12 thick slices of onion
  • 6 thick slices of bell peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 6 potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven and prepare 6 squares of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Divide ground chuck evenly among the foil squares.
  3. Add quartered carrots, onion slices, bell pepper slices, and cubed potatoes on top of the beef in each packet.
  4. Dot each with 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
  5. Fold the foil over and seal the edges to create packets.
  6. Cook on the grill or in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
