- Preheat grill or oven and prepare 6 squares of heavy-duty foil.
- Divide ground chuck evenly among the foil squares.
- Add quartered carrots, onion slices, bell pepper slices, and cubed potatoes on top of the beef in each packet.
- Dot each with 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
- Fold the foil over and seal the edges to create packets.
- Cook on the grill or in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
