Ingredients

  • 1c butter
  • 1c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 16oz can creamed corn
  • 1/2c each grated cheddar and Jack cheese
  • 1c flour
  • 1c yellow corn meal
  • 4tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In food processor, cream butter, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Add corn, cheese and dry ingredients and chiles if desired and pulse a few times to combine. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
