- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, minced dried onion, parsley, Beau Monde, and chipped corned beef until well combined.
- Chill the mixture before serving.

- Remove the inside of the bread loaf, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Spoon the dip into the hollowed-out center of the bread.
- Serve the bread with torn small pieces of rolls or bread around the outside of the loaf on a platter.
