Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Beau Monde
  • 3 to 4 ounces corned beef loaf

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, minced dried onion, parsley, Beau Monde, and chipped corned beef until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture before serving.
  3. Prepare a round loaf of unsliced bread, preferably pumpernickel or rye, not white.
  4. Remove the inside of the bread loaf, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Spoon the dip into the hollowed-out center of the bread.
  6. Serve the bread with torn small pieces of rolls or bread around the outside of the loaf on a platter.
