Corned Beef Stuffed Potatoes

Instructions
- Bake potatoes at 400° for 1 hour or until done.
- Cut slice off top of each potato.
- Scoop out centers.
- Leave 1/2-inch potato around walls.
- Mash potatoes.
- Stir in corned beef and butter. Add salt and pepper.
- Divide mixture among potatoes; reheat.
