Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
  • 1 can caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the German chocolate cake according to package directions.
  3. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Once baked, punch holes in the top with a straw.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over the cake.
  6. Let the cake cool for 2 hours.
  7. Spread Cool Whip on top of the cake and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars. Serve.
