Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Instructions

  2. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring often to prevent sticking.
  3. When cooked, add butter or margarine and stir until melted.
  4. Cool the pudding and pour into a dish or pie shell to serve.
