  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. carton small curd cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat together butter and cottage cheese until the cheese is smooth.
  2. Add salt and flour; beat by hand until the mixture becomes elastic.
  3. Chill the dough overnight before baking or serving.
