Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 oz. country ham slices
  • 8 oz. Mexican Cheez Whiz
  • 1 hot banana pepper
  • 3 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Chop the country ham slices in a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ham, Mexican Cheez Whiz, finely chopped hot banana pepper, and Bisquick to form a stiff dough.
  3. Roll the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
