- Coat rabbit pieces with seasoned flour.
- Brown well in hot oil in skillet.
- Pour off excess fat.
- Add small amount of hot water. Arrange bacon slices over rabbit.
- Cover skillet; cook over low heat until rabbit is tender, adding water, if necessary.
