Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Brown the hamburger in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Mix the cooked rice, browned hamburger, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with cheese slices or shredded cheese.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
