Crab Apple Sauce
A sweet and tangy apple sauce made from tart crab apples, infused with cinnamon, perfect as a dessert topping or accompaniment for pork and poultry dishes.

Instructions
- Stem the crab apples and rinse them in lukewarm water.
- Drain the apples and place them in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the fruit is soft.
- While still warm, pass the cooked apples through a sieve to remove seeds and stems.
- Add sugar and cinnamon to taste, then stir to combine.
