Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 3/4 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. fine parsley flakes
  • 1/3 c. crab meat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine Bisquick baking mix, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and half of the melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix by hand until well combined.
  3. Pat out the dough into a circle approximately 8 inches in diameter, with a slight lip around the edge.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed parsley flakes evenly over the top of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the crab meat evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the crab, leaving about a 1/2-inch margin around the edge.
  7. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the cheese begins to slightly brown on top.
  8. Combine the remaining melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the top of the bake immediately after removing from the oven.
  9. Slice into 8 pieces like a pizza and serve hot.
