Crab Biscuit combines tender crab meat with cheesy, seasoned crescent rolls for a savory appetizer or snack, perfect for seafood lovers and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Bay seasoning
  • Crescent rolls
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, Bay seasoning, and mustard together in a bowl.
  2. Separate all the crescent rolls into triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of crab mixture onto each triangle.
  4. Wrap the crescent roll around the crab filling once to enclose it.
  5. Cut the Cheddar cheese into strips.
  6. Place a cheese strip over each wrapped biscuit.
  7. Put the prepared biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake in a 250°F (121°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
  9. Serve hot.
