- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, Bay seasoning, and mustard together in a bowl.
- Separate all the crescent rolls into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of crab mixture onto each triangle.
- Wrap the crescent roll around the crab filling once to enclose it.
- Cut the Cheddar cheese into strips.
- Place a cheese strip over each wrapped biscuit.
- Put the prepared biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 250°F (121°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
