  • 3 1/2 lb. crab claws, cooked and shelled
  • 3 c. finely diced celery
  • shredded lettuce
  • cocktail sauce

Instructions

  1. On a salad plate, place a nest of shredded lettuce.
  2. Top the lettuce with finely diced celery and cooked, shelled crab claws.
  3. Leave space in the center for the cocktail sauce.
  4. Serve the cocktail sauce either in miniature dishes or directly on the lettuce.
