Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon
  • celery and carrot sticks and cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Cut a thin slice from the stem end of the green pepper.
  2. Remove seeds and membranes from the green pepper.
  3. Mix sour cream, drained crabmeat, garlic salt, and grated lemon peel in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into the green pepper shell.
  5. Use celery sticks, carrot sticks, and cucumber slices as dippers.
