- Grind the fish fillet in a food grinder.
- Grate the onion on the fine side.
- In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, salt, pepper, melted butter, and gradually add cold milk.
- Add the grated onion and ground fish to the mixture and mix well.
- Put the mixture into a 9 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350° to 375° for 1 hour.
